There are multiple groups involved in the legend of the Saint Paul Winter Carnival. The summer side consists primarily of the Vulcans and sometimes Notos and Kate who like to vacation. The rest of the groups are all part of the winter side or the royal family. These groups are as follows:

Klondike Kates: The singer and bringer of merriment during Winter Carnival, the Klondike Kates include all of the women who have successfully completed their carnival year and been voted into the organization. They perform during Winter Carnival and at both post-carnival official and non-official events.

Star of Boreas - this organization consists of individuals who have held the role of Boreas in a Saint Paul Winter Carnival. 

Fomer Queens - this is the organization made up of women who have served as Aurora, Queen of the Snows as voted into membership

Past Princesses - this group is made up of all of the women who have served as princesses to the winds

Titan Organization - this group is formed of all the previous north wind princes, "Titan".

West Wind Organization - this group is formed of all the previous west wind princes, "Zephyrus"

East Wind Orgainzation - this group is formed of all the previous east wind princes, "Euros"

South Wind Organization - this group is formed of all the previous south wind princes, "Notos"

Order of the Royal Guard - all previous guards who have served the royal families

Ambassadors - this group is not a uniform group but is composed of supporters of the Saint Paul Winter Carnival and supports the royal ladies of each year's family
